Spring Hill’s breakfast and coffee places cluster in two spots: Main Street (U.S. 31), where The Brunch Collective and The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. sit at neighboring addresses, 5323 and 5321, and Wall Street, just off Main Street, with Big Bad Breakfast, Better Days Diner and a Waffle House. The Crossings and Port Royal Road have the chains.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Spring Hill’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 19, 2026. Places the map missed were added from the Tennessee Department of Health’s inspection records. Two diners have no website we could find; they are listed because the state inspected them at a Spring Hill address in 2026. Several chain sites would not open for us; for those we say so and point you to the location page. Coffee trucks and coffee counters inside grocery stores and Target are not listed. The places

The Awaken House is a coffeehouse and event venue on a historic property on Reserve Boulevard. It also rents space in the house and hosts events.

Better Days Diner on Wall Street has no website we could find. The state health department inspected it on Aug. 28, 2026.

Big Bad Breakfast on Wall Street calls itself a Southern scratch diner, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch seven days a week from a menu created by chef John Currence. It makes its biscuits, gravies and jams from scratch, squeezes orange juice daily, serves espresso drinks and has a pet-friendly patio.

The Brunch Collective on Main Street has no website of its own; it posts on social media. The state inspected it on Oct. 9, 2026.

Cracker Barrel is at The Crossings. Its site would not open for us on Oct. 19, so check its location page for hours.

Dunkin’ has two Spring Hill stores; the Wall Street store shares its space with Baskin-Robbins. Dunkin’s site would not open for us on Oct. 19; the phone numbers are from our directory data.

The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. opened on Main Street in 2017 and calls it the place where the business began. Its pastries and empanadas are baked every day at its own Spring Hill bakery, its site says. It does not post its hours.

Grecian Family Restaurant and Bakery on Wall Street serves breakfast, weekend brunch and a Greek and Italian menu, with a bakery counter and espresso drinks, its site says.

Just Love Coffee Cafe on Main Street pairs handcrafted coffee with waffle-iron dishes, has a kids’ menu and offers free Wi-Fi.

Starbucks has three stand-alone stores in Spring Hill: at The Crossings, at Port Royal Road and Saturn Parkway, and on Main Street.

Waffle House has two Spring Hill restaurants, on Old Port Royal Road and on Wall Street. Both are open 24 hours.

White Shepherd Coffee has its Spring Hill shop on Parkfield Loop and a second shop in Thompson’s Station, plus a coffee truck. Its shop hosts live music; it does not post its hours.
