Spring Hill does not have a downtown brunch strip; its breakfast and brunch places are spread along Main Street (US 31), Wall Street and the clubhouse at Towhee Club off Kedron Road. Only one serves a dedicated Sunday brunch menu; the rest serve breakfast every day, which covers the weekend.

Big Bad Breakfast, 2086 Wall St. A Southern scratch diner from the James Beard Award-winning chef John Currence, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch seven days a week. The kitchen makes its biscuits, gravies, jams, hollandaise and Bloody Mary mix from scratch, and squeezes orange juice daily. Birdsong Social, Towhee Club clubhouse, 3901 Kedron Road A modern American restaurant inside the clubhouse of Towhee Club, the city’s Arnold Palmer-designed public golf course, with a wrap-around bar and outdoor seating. Sunday brunch is served 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (brunch menu); the restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (hours). Outside are bocce, horseshoes, a lawn with fire pits and a putting green. Reservations are not required but can be made online. On holidays it posts special brunch menus, such as its 2026 Easter buffet and a Halloween costume brunch on Oct. 31, 2026.

Coffeehouses that serve breakfast

The Awaken House, 3035 Reserve Blvd. A coffeehouse and creative space in a preserved late-1800s farmhouse recognized as a historically significant site, serving specialty coffee and food. Hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday; closed Sunday. It also hosts open mics and workshops, and a second-Saturday food truck and live music day (chamber listing). (theawakenhouse.co)
