Spring Hill after dark: the late bar, live music in a beer garden, karaoke and trivia nights, axe throwing, a cigar lounge, and bowling until midnight.
Last checked Oct. 19, 2026. Hours, addresses and recurring nights come from each venue’s own site or the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce calendar. We list venues, not individual gigs; check each venue’s calendar for who is playing.
Spring Hill’s nightlife is spread along Wall Street and the city’s shopping centers; there is no downtown bar row. What it does have: one bar open until 2 a.m., live music in a barbecue beer garden on Saturdays, weekly karaoke and trivia, axe throwing with beer on tap, and a cigar lounge. For a big night of live music, Franklin and Nashville are up I-65.
