Staying safe in the heat
The National Weather Service office in Nashville issues heat advisories for Spring Hill’s forecast zone. Splash pad hours end at 7 p.m.; the hottest part of the day is a good time for the indoor pool at Longview. Never leave a child or pet in a parked car.
What this means for you
Mark May 31 for the splash pad, check the Longview outdoor pool’s opening date in May, and look at Deer Run and county camp sign-ups well before school lets out.
