Father’s Day 2027 is Sunday, June 20. We have not found a Father’s Day event, car show or cookout announced for Spring Hill; neither the city’s nor the chamber’s 2026 calendars listed one. What the city does have is a public golf course, two weekend brunches, a historic house with guided tours, and a few places to throw axes, bowl or light a cigar. Venues’ details below come from their own sites.

  • Towhee Club, 3901 Kedron Road: an 18-hole public course designed by Arnold Palmer. Since new owners took over in 2020 the course has been renovated with new TifEagle greens and rebuilt bunkers, the club says (towheeclub.com). Book tee times online. The clubhouse restaurant, Birdsong Social, has bocce, horseshoes, fire pits and a big putting green outside.

Brunch and lunch

  • Birdsong Social, at Towhee Club: Sunday brunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, with reservations online (brunch, hours).
  • Big Bad Breakfast, 2086 Wall St.: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, scratch-made biscuits and a house Bloody Mary mix, with a pet-friendly patio (bigbadbreakfast.com).
  • Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint, 2076 Wall St.: West Tennessee-style whole hog barbecue, smoked daily; open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day (martinsbbqjoint.com).

  • Rippa Villa, 5700 Main St.: Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The extended tour (90 minutes, 11 a.m. daily, booked online) visits rooms the classic tour skips, and a guided Spring Hill walking tour of historic downtown leaves from Rippa Villa at 11 a.m. on Sundays, Mondays and Fridays and must be booked a day ahead (Battle of Franklin Trust).
  • The Spring Hill battlefield trail, Kedron Road at Reserve Boulevard: free, with Civil War interpretive signs; see our history and landmarks guide.
  • Faxon’s Hatchet House, 3015 Belshire Village Drive: veteran-owned axe throwing for ages 12 and up, with 11 beers on tap (faxonax.com).

Father-daughter dances

Two father-daughter dances happen in or near Spring Hill, though neither on Father’s Day: Boots & Braids Country Night, run by the nonprofit Fathering the Fatherless, was Saturday, May 2, 2026 (2026 listing), and Deer Run’s Daddy-Daughter Winter Ball is Saturday, Dec. 12, 2026, in Thompson’s Station (listing).
